Cashout Options

Here we rank the cashout methods in order of benefits for both player and cardroom. Please note that the minimum cashout amount for some methods is $50.

Please note that here again, we strongly recommend using Western Union or Neteller. Using one of these two options actually makes it more efficient in many ways for both player and cardroom. It is to everyone’s benefit for you to choose one of these two options.

When you cashout, your money will be sent back to you through one of the payment methods listed below. You will be prompted to select one of the following methods each time you cashout. You may select any method you prefer.

SPECIAL NOTE CONCERNING CREDIT CARD DEPOSITS AND cashouts

When a player uses his credit card to make a deposit and later requests a cashout, we first credit your credit card up to the amount of your original deposit(s). The balance, if any, is sent through a check, wire transfer, or Western Union. For example, if you deposit $300 through VISA, then a week later ask for a $600 cashout, the first $300 will be credited back to your VISA card (thus in essence canceling previous charge), and the other $300 will be sent via your choice of methods. This is a safeguard against credit card fraud and is a standard practice with online gaming establishments.

Approval of your cashout normally takes 18 hours from the time you submit your request, depending on Players Status and method of cashout. This time is necessary for us to process the transaction and conduct basic security checks. In some cases, more time will be needed to verify additional information regarding your account, and in such cases, we may notify you for additional identification. For faster service in the future, we suggest that you become a VIP Gold Player by completing our Preferred Player Application Form. Mailing checks is very slow. For cashouts by check, we suggest International Air Courier Service (two-day delivery) is available at an additional rate of $25 per check.
